I get a lot of messages saying things like “my upper (or lower) body is fine, it’s just my lower (or upper) body that’s the problem. How do I fix that?” When Jonathan suggested lower body workouts for me, I had the thought that all you guys that hate your thighs and / or butt are probably having right now: why would I want to ADD bulk to my thighs and / or butt? Are you insane?

People have been horribly mislead over the years to think that exercise alone is going to help them achieve their health goals, but it simply isn’t the case. There are so many other factors that play vital roles.
Music is a big part of Jonathan and my life. We listen all through the day, nestled in our offices, head phones on. We listen on our speakers and on some nights Jonathan do requests and play his guitar. That melts my heart.
